At Little Muffet, we strive to ensure your little ones love their new outfits, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original packaging to qualify for a reversal or store credit.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours; once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and schedule a pickup through our integrated courier service or drop it off at the nearest designated point.

  Refund Processing

  Once the returned outfit passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
